About O'Connor Building Corporation

Our President and Founder, Kevin O’Connor, is a Sarasota native with a family background in the construction business. Kevin attended Riverview High School, during which he completed a two year Construction Management Program at Sarasota’s Vocational Technical Institute. After graduation, Kevin began learning the business by working hands on daily, whether it consisted of framing the layout of a house or putting the final touches on the interior trim.

In 1983, Kevin received his Residential Contracting License and continued to build his credibility to eventually establish O’Connor Building Corporation in 1989. After much hard work and dedication Kevin went on to obtain his General Contractor’s License in 2003, which gives our company the ability to build outside of the residential area. After 20 years of business, O’Connor Building Corporation has built a reputable name and we continue to grow each and every day.

At O’Connor Building Corporation our concentration relies solely on our customers, and in order to keep them satisfied we must provide the highest quality service. We believe in quality, not quantity, and enjoy taking on less projects to ensure the greatest interaction between our company and our clients. O’Connor Building Corporation is with you each and every step of the building process, from design to completion. Building and maintaining quality customer relationships is our first priority.
